What schr.ai is all about.
Is it a workshop where agents get built, torn apart, and rebuilt until they hold? A library that remembers everything your business ever learned? A war room where your ad spend gets argued over like it’s our own money? It’s all of the above — plus the salt mine, where we work our butts off to get results.
My grandfather Bob opened this shop in 1976 on one bet: know the client’s business better than they do, and the work takes care of itself. His three sons made it real. My dad — Bri Da Schri, to the shop — bought it from him in 1996 and ran it for twenty-five years, most of it straight out of his head. In 2021 we lost him, with no warning, and everything he never had to write down went with him. My brother and I run the place now. T.ai Da Schri and Z.ai Da Schri — read the company name again. And the first thing we built was a brain that never forgets what a business knows. You can guess why.
Here’s what three generations taught me: generational wealth isn’t money. It’s knowledge. We have ours — and the job now is making sure you have yours: kept alive, compounding, impossible to lose the way we almost lost ours. That’s the bet, fifty years in. The work takes care of itself.
